Renewable Products

  • Our unique technology Thermal Conversion Process (TCP™) is capable of producing high-quality, crude-equivalent synthetic liquid hydrocarbons, which we call Renewable Crude Oil or RCO.

  • This high-energy liquid hydrocarbon, has similar characteristics to light crude oil, but created from renewable sources.

  • Renewable Crude Oil is produced in raw material quality for processing in petroleum refineries. This makes it an excellent substitute for fossil oil.

  • Many end products, such as gasoline, jet fuel, diesel and asphalt, can be obtained using this raw material quality product.

  • The TCP process also produces a hydrocarbon-based gas that differs from natural gas by unique characteristics, such as being Alkaline-free and having a higher heating value.

  • The gas can either be transmitted after being compressed or used on-site for power generation in a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) unit.

  • When the TCP feedstock contains large amounts of nitrogen rich wastes, such as sewage sludge or animal manure, the feedstock's nitrogen, sulfur and phosphorus are concentrated into a water-based solution containing organic forms of these elements. This simple but effective solution is a perfect liquid fertilizer.

  • This nitrogen-rich fertilizer, which can potentially increase agricultural productivity to a great extent, is produced from completely natural raw materials without harming the environment and can be sold through the agency of retail or fertilizer producers.

  • The composition of Biochar, which is the solid product of the TCP process, is closely related to the chemistry of the waste entering the feedstock, just like liquid fertilizer.

  • Besides being an effective booster frequently used in agriculture, it can be used for different purposes as carbon black or cement kiln feedstock.

  • When Biochar is added to the soil, it helps adjust the pH of the soil and enables the roots to move easily by allowing soil aeration. As it helps to improve CO2 fixation, it also improves soil quality by allowing it to hold more water and fertilizer.

  • The Renewable Natural Gas is fed into a CHP unit to produce electricity and steam to operate the plant, the excess electricity can be sold to grid as renewable electricity.

What Makes Our Method Unique?

Existing technologies can only process certain wastes and require these wastes to be very clean, sorted or completely dried. Pre-treatment of waste is very costly and inefficient. TCP technology does not require any pre-treatment. Any kind of waste can be added to the feedstock unsorted and wet.

Besides, with current technologies, only certain wastes can be added to the feedstock and few useful outputs can be produced. With our patented TCP technology, all types of waste, including the toughest ones such as sewage sludge or hazardous waste, can be processed and high-quality, useful products can be produced.
